These Terms and Conditions of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the TOUGE website (hereinafter, the “Website”), as well as all related services (the “Services”) offered under the TOUGE brand (“we”, “us” or “our”).

By accessing, browsing or placing an order through the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Website is hosted on Shopify Inc.'s platform, which provides the e-commerce infrastructure required to provide the Services.

Use of the Services

You must be of legal age under the laws of your jurisdiction, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use the Services.

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorized purpose.

You must not violate any applicable laws or regulations, including intellectual and industrial property laws.

Products and orders

TOUGE sells apparel and products inspired by Japanese car culture and streetwear.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders where there are reasonable indications of fraud, misuse or errors in the information provided.

Product descriptions, images and prices may be changed at any time without prior notice.

Some products may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities.

Product photographs and visual representations are for illustrative purposes. Although we make every effort to display products accurately, slight variations in color, size or finish may occur.

The user is responsible for providing accurate, complete and up-to-date billing, shipping and contact information.

Made-to-order production

Some or all of the products sold by TOUGE may be made to order after an order is placed.

For this reason, production and shipping times may vary depending on the workload of our manufacturing and logistics partners.

TOUGE will make all reasonable efforts to meet the estimated timeframes communicated to the customer.

Payments

Payments are processed through secure payment providers integrated with Shopify.

TOUGE does not store or have access to customers' complete bank card details.

All transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant payment providers.

Third-party tools and links

We may provide access to third-party tools, platforms or links that are provided “as is”, without warranties or endorsement from us.

Use of third-party services or websites is at the user's sole responsibility and subject to the terms and conditions established by those third parties.

Intellectual property

All designs, logos, photographs, images, graphics, text, videos and other content on the Website are owned by TOUGE or used with the appropriate authorization from their respective rights holders.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, public communication or any other use of such content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Comments and user-submitted content

By submitting comments, reviews, suggestions or any other content through the Website or our official channels, you grant TOUGE the right to use such content for promotional, commercial or informational purposes, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
